In 1989 we started to develop our own software for PLCs and later for the PCs in order to be up-to-date with the evolution of our products and the requests of the market. Since then all our automatic machines and our fully robotized plants are controlled by software totally developed by our software dedicated team. Practically, in OBEM, we produce the software for the logic functions of the PLC of every machine, the VisualDye Controllers machine process software based on Windows PC’s and the management software for controlling any of our robotized shuttles or our robotized overhead cranes. This is a great after sales service advantage for our end-users which, in case of any kind of trouble happens after the start up, have OBEM as the only contact point for trouble shooting; the result is to avoid misunderstanding and immediate action. |
